Unnati Buildtech is hiring a

Site Coordinator

for its priority residential project,

Shreerath Apartments

in Nizampet, Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and residents, and ensuring timely execution of tasks in line with project goals and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to timelines Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow Address and resolve on-site issues promptly Maintain site records, reports, and documentation Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of non-intern experience

in site coordination or supervision Must be available in Hyderabad. Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Prior experience in residential construction projects
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Nizampet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
