Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Monitoring progress, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards (e.g., construction, maintenance).

Resource & Logistics Management:

Allocating personnel, materials, and equipment, managing vendors, and handling procurement.

Coordination:

Liaising with architects, contractors, office staff, and clients to resolve issues and keep communication flowing.

Event Planning:

Organizing and executing events, managing vendors, and handling public interaction.

Administrative Duties:

Budgeting, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
