Site Coordinator

to join our team and help manage on-site activities for solar power projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities for solar project installations. Ensure that work is executed as per approved designs, drawings, and project timelines. Liaise between project management, contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. Monitor manpower and material availability and report daily progress to the Site Incharge/Project Manager. Assist in commissioning, inspection, and testing of solar power systems. Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards as per project and government guidelines. Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, checklists, inspection records, and material usage logs. Support in handling logistics, permits, and government inspections as required. Identify on-site issues and escalate them promptly to the concerned team.

Required Qualifications:

B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE or EE)

or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in solar project execution preferred (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply). Basic understanding of solar PV systems, components, and electrical drawings. Familiarity with safety protocols and site supervision practices. Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel and work in remote project locations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in government solar projects (e.g., MNRE, SECI, state tenders). Knowledge of solar PV installation tools and quality inspection procedures. Working knowledge of MS Office and site reporting tools.
