Perform routine inspections to identify potential problems and resolve them.
Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain records of inspections, breakdowns, and corrective actions.
Share the Complaint to the concern person and follow up until closure.
Manage spare parts inventory and raise requisitions as needed.
Liaise with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers for specialized maintenance.
Maintain maintenance logs, Customer Complaint reports, and cost analysis.
Provide periodic reports to management on site performance and reliability.
Record, prioritize, and track customer concerns or service requests
Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue acknowledgement, expected resolution timelines, and completion updates.
Coordinate with the Contractor
Maintain the record of pending vs. resolved cases.
