Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and reliable

Site Helper / Site Coordinator

to assist our civil engineers during property inspections. You'll travel across Mumbai to support inspections, manage basic coordination, and ensure smooth on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to different inspection sites across Mumbai (residential and commercial). Assist civil engineers on-site during inspections. Coordinate access with clients or property managers. Capture photos/videos and take notes during inspections. Help carry tools or equipment and set up the inspection area. Ensure basic safety and professionalism on-site. Share updates with the operations team as needed.

Requirements:

12th pass (minimum); Diploma in Civil or related field is a plus. 0-2 years of work experience (freshers welcome). Must be willing to travel daily within Mumbai. Basic knowledge of construction or inspection work is an advantage. Good communication skills and punctuality are a must. Physically fit and comfortable working on-site.
