dedicated Site Coordinator (Electrician)
role.
Purpose of This Role
The Site Coordinator is the
bridge between drawings and reality on-site
.
His responsibility is to ensure that
what is planned on AutoCAD is correctly executed at the physical site
, with timely communication of any changes--so that the
right lights are supplied, installed properly, and no material comes back damaged or unused
.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Visiting multiple project sites on a daily basis (typically
10-15 sites at a time
)
Carrying AutoCAD lighting drawings to site and
explaining lighting placement
to:
Site supervisor
POP / false ceiling contractor
Site electrician
Guiding the site team on:
Which
light goes where
Correct
POP cut-out sizes
Proper
fixing methods
on POP / gypsum / wooden ceilings
Driver placement
and accessibility
Correct
wiring methods
for automation systems (
DALI, Analog, Phase-Cut
)
Checking if there are
site-level changes
, such as:
POP replaced by gypsum or wooden ceiling
Ceiling height changes
Room layout changes
Client-driven design modifications
Immediately informing the office team
of any changes so lighting selection can be corrected in advance
Following the
Site Servicing Checklist
provided by the company and filling it multiple times till the lighting stage is completed
Actively participating in
WhatsApp groups with clients and site teams
and replying promptly
Doing regular follow-ups till installation is complete
Ensuring
zero or near-zero return material
from assigned sites
Ensuring complete, neat, and professional lighting execution
Helping deliver a site experience that leads to
happy clients, positive Google reviews, and testimonials
Skills & Qualifications Required
Technical Requirements:
ITI Electrician certification (Mandatory)
Prior hands-on experience in
residential lighting installation
Basic understanding of
false ceiling systems
(POP, gypsum, wood)
Basic understanding of
LED drivers and automation wiring
Ability to read and understand
lighting drawings
(training will be provided)
Personal & Behavioral Skills:
Smart, confident, and polite communication skills
Ability to
build rapport
with site supervisors and contractors
Highly
proactive and responsible
approach
Positive, friendly, and
open-to-learn attitude
Strong sense of ownership for the sites assigned
Ability to handle pressure and multiple sites simultaneously
Mandatory Requirements
Valid driving license
Own two-wheeler (bike)
Willingness to travel extensively for site visits
Experience
Minimum
1-3 years
of relevant electrician experience preferred
Fresh ITI candidates with good site exposure and learning attitude may also be considered
Salary
?18,000 - ?24,000 per month
, based on experience, skill level, and site-handling capability
Location Preference
Candidates
residing near Chattarpur / South Delhi
will be preferred for ease of daily travel and faster site response.
