Job Description

The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a designated site to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and partners at the site, coordinating activities, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations at the site. Serve as the liaison between the central office and on-site staff. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor and manage site schedules, staffing, and logistics. Supervise and support on-site personnel, providing training and guidance as needed. Address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during site operations. Maintain records and documentation related to attendance, inventory, incidents, and project progress. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or service providers when needed. Ensure that facilities are well-maintained and that all equipment is functional. Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on site performance. Record Keeping

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
