Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the documentation of the project related Admin works need to be taken care Oversee of the project, coordinate with the staffs Manage document filing, correspondence, and other clerical tasks. Handle travel arrangements, meeting schedules.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree preferred, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
