SITE SUPERVISOR:

:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site workers, contractors, and sub-contractors.

Maintain daily site records and work progress reports.

Interpret technical drawings and plans and ensure work is executed accordingly.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to resolve site-related issues.

Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.

Allocate resources (materials, equipment, labour) efficiently.

Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or issues to management.

Manage inventory and request materials as needed.

Required Skill & Qualification:

2-5 years of experience in site supervision or construction site management.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.

Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
