"finishing work" refers to the final stages of a construction project that transform a bare structure into a functional and aesthetically pleasing space. This includes both rough and final finishing stages, encompassing tasks like plastering, leveling, installing electrical and plumbing, and applying final surface finishes

Rough Finishing:

Defect Removal:

Addressing any imperfections on surfaces before further work.

Plastering and Leveling:

Applying plaster to walls and floors, and ensuring surfaces are level.

Electrical and Plumbing Installation:

Installing wiring, pipes, and fixtures.
Final Finishing:

Floor Coverings:

Laying tiles, wood flooring, carpets, etc.

Ceilings:

Installing drop ceilings, plastering, or other ceiling treatments.

Wall Finishes:

Applying paint, wallpaper, tiles, or other decorative elements.

Doors, Windows, and Fixtures:

Installing and finishing these elements.

Sanitary Fittings:

Installing toilets, sinks, etc.

Grillwork:

Adding decorative or security elements.

Other Details:

This can include trim work, painting, and other aesthetic and functional details.
