Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients.
Assist customers during site visits and provide necessary project information.
Maintain records of site visits, client details, and feedback.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and site teams to ensure smooth visit operations.
Follow up with clients after site visits and support the sales process.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns related to site visits.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in site coordination, real estate, customer service, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work in the field and manage multiple appointments.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).
