. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all civil works at site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute civil works related to
industrial buildings, foundations, equipment foundations, roads, and drainage systems
Review and implement
structural, GA, and foundation drawings
Coordinate with
structural, mechanical, and electrical teams
for integrated project execution
Ensure compliance with
Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)
and project standards
Prepare and verify
BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material estimates
Monitor project schedules, site progress, and resource allocation
Conduct
pre- and post-construction surveys
Ensure quality control, site safety, and adherence to HSE norms
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
5-8 years
of experience in
industrial / steel / manufacturing projects
Strong experience in
machinery & equipment foundations
Proficiency in
DC1 & DC2 drawings
, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying
Good knowledge of
reinforced concrete and structural steel coordination
Familiar with
project scheduling tools
and site planning
