Role Description

1.This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for civil engineering design, planning, stormwater management, and overseeing civil engineering projects on-site.

2.We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage the civil engineering aspects of our pharmaceutical construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all civil works are executed in compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements, particularly those pertinent to pharmaceutical facilities.

Qualifications

Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills Experience in Planning and Stormwater Management Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and project management skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Supervise on-site civil construction activities, ensuring alignment with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all civil works comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and pharmaceutical industry standards.

Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the integrity and durability of civil structures.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, material logs, and inspection reports.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays.

Safety Management:

Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
