Job Description

Monitor Construction project at SB II/ Factory /Residence and any other projects that are taken up in future.

Monitor Construction progress against the project schedule and budget.

Taking multiple quotations from available resources and after thorough evaluation and rigorous negotiation putting up to management for finalization.

Co-ordination with Architects/ Designers for scope of work.

Ensure Quality is maintained for the material to be used in projects with proper audits and checks and to be documented .

To be responsible for Inward of material with proper GRN in place

Responsible for taking accurate measurements of work completed by Vendor and to certify the measurement sheet.

Ensure proper storage of our material at project location to avoid theft and accidents at sites.

Issuing PO to vendors and other agencies as and when required.

Highlight delays, price escalation in any project and minimize the delays and price escalation with proper planning and constant follow-up with PMC/Vendors and other interested parties.

Proper filling of all documents in respective project files and folders in hard copy for review and audit at a future date.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
