The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, project coordination, and knowledge of construction methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of structures and infrastructure.
Supervise and monitor construction activities at site to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports and documentation.
Estimate quantities, cost of materials, equipment, and labor.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are maintained at all times.
Conduct site measurements, layout planning, and material inspections.
Provide support in resolving any on-site technical issues.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
1-2 years of experience in site execution or civil construction projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and methods.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and structural plans.
