Location : Surat

Qualification : ITI / Diploma

Experience : Minimum 1 Year

Salary : 20000 To 25000 + PF + ESIC + Petrol Allowance + Daily Allowance

( Bike And Driving Licence Mandatory )

Role And Responsibility :

Handle all Work in Progress sites and regular monitoring. Field work - site visit , Site measurements to be taken Unloading supervision to be done Ready to travel out of town occasionally for which reimbursements will be done. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency
