We're looking for a detail-focused Site & Billing Engineer who understands project billing inside out. This role sits at the intersection of site execution, contracts, and accounts. You'll ensure every bill is accurate, compliant, and raised on time, while coordinating closely with project and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
Review contracts, BOQs, purchase orders, and agreements for billing compliance
Prepare and verify running bills, RA bills, and final bills
Track project costs, billing milestones, payments, and outstanding amounts
Coordinate with site engineers, planning, and accounts teams for accurate billing data
Maintain proper billing records, measurements, and supporting documents
Identify gaps and suggest improvements to make billing faster and error-free
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
1-4 years of experience in project billing (infrastructure or construction preferred)
Strong understanding of BOQs, measurements, and contract terms
Comfortable with Excel and basic billing documentation
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable under deadlines
