Job Description

Billing Engineer with 5+ years of experience in construction industry required for a reputed real estate organization located at Andheri (W), Mumbai

Candidates with a real estate background will be preferred

JD:

- Prepare Running Bill Approval Forms and validate site bills for deductions, debit notes, GST, and other applicable taxes

- Verify measurement sheets, quantity calculations, and material reconciliation in coordination with site engineers

- Maintain and update bill inward registers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation for all contractor submissions

- Check validity of site bills and ensure compliance with contractual terms, BOQ, and approved rates

- Coordinate closely with project and accounts teams for timely bill approvals and payment processing

Prepare and issue Work Completion Certificates, No Claim Certificates, and assist in final bill processing*

- Ensure all billing activities are recorded in the ERP system, maintaining transparency and audit readiness

Salary upto Rs 10 lakhs per annum
