Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare

BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates

as per approved drawings. Handle

RA bills, final bills, and client billing

for interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with

site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams

for quantity verification. Track

material consumption vs BOQ

and control project costs. Prepare and certify

sub-contractor bills

and vendor bills. Manage

variation orders, extra items, and rate analysis

. Maintain

billing schedules, cost reports, and MIS

. Assist in

project budgeting, cost planning, and cash flow forecasting

. Ensure compliance with

contract terms, drawings, and specifications

. Support audits and documentation related to billing and contracts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Strong knowledge of

interior fit-out works

(civil, finishes, joinery, partitions, false ceiling, flooring, etc.) Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel

, and billing software Good understanding of

contracts, measurements, and billing procedures

Ability to work independently and meet

tight deadlines

Strong coordination and communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Experience in

corporate/commercial interior projects

Immediate joiner preferred Exposure to

Design & Build projects

will be an added advantage
