Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution of luxury residential interior projects, ensuring that premium design standards, material quality, workmanship, and timelines are strictly adhered to. The role demands a sharp aesthetic eye, strong site management skills, and a working knowledge of MEAP (Mechanical, Electrical, Air-conditioning & Plumbing) services to coordinate high-quality interior fit-outs across all trades.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high-quality workmanship and finish across all trades -- including carpentry, flooring, paint, ceiling, and civil modifications. Verify materials and detailing as per drawings, samples, and brand specifications before installation. Conduct rigorous quality checks at every stage of execution. Manage on-site labour and material flow, ensuring optimum productivity and waste control. Monitor installation of MEAP services in coordination with drawings and interior finishes. Identify aesthetic inconsistencies and resolve them with designers or vendors. Raise red flags on-site errors, delays, or non-compliances in real-time. Maintain accurate site records and daily progress reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture. 2-5 years of experience in managing high-end residential interior projects. Strong knowledge of interior detailing, premium finishes, and luxury material handling. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site-reporting tools. Excellent observation skills and the ability to detect subtle flaws in execution. Confident in handling client-facing roles, with strong communication and coordination abilities. Basic working knowledge of MEAP services and their integration in interior works.
