About the Role

We are setting up a new textile factory in Palsana, Surat and are looking for a

reliable Site Assistant / Helper

to support our Site Supervisor in daily on-site work. This is a

full-time, long-term role

for someone who is sincere, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the

Site Supervisor

in day-to-day site activities Help in

material handling

- loading/unloading, counting, shifting material at site Maintain basic

record of materials

coming in and going out (with guidance) Coordinate with

labour, contractors, and vendors

as instructed Help in maintaining

cleanliness and basic safety

at the site Take photos / videos of work progress and share with supervisor/management (via WhatsApp) Deliver/collect documents, bills or small items within nearby areas when required Follow instructions and report

daily work updates

to the Site Supervisor
Working Hours & Weekly Off

Timings:

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off:

4 days off per month (as per company schedule)
Salary & Benefits

Salary:

Around ?15,000 per month (based on experience and interview) 4 paid offs per month Opportunity to grow with the company as the factory becomes operational Stable job with an established textile business
Eligibility & Requirements

Education:

Minimum 10th pass (higher education is a plus, but not compulsory)

Experience:

Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in construction / site / helper work

Skills & Qualities:

Physically fit and comfortable working on a construction site

Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Able to read basic numbers and keep simple records Comfortable using WhatsApp for communication & photo sharing

Language:

Basic knowledge of

Hindi

is required

Gujarati

will be an added advantage

Age:

Preferably 18-35 years
