1. Keep minutes of meetings for daily meetings with our dealers and sales team
2. Managing contractor Bills and Handing over forms:Getting handovers from supervisors, scanning & storing them and getting them fairly paid with accounts team
3. Daily follow up with the supervisors for the running sites and maintaining proper records
4. Planning the outstation service and get them done with running installations
5. Recording & Tracking all the site requirements raised by the site supervisor/ contractors and getting them fulfilled
6. Coordinating with customer in case of any discrepancy in the running installation/service plan
7. Must know auto cad
8. Visit sites ocassionally
