Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Site Admin
with hands-on experience in construction site operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing site documentation, coordinating manpower, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth administrative support for site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily site records such as attendance, manpower deployment, and visitor logs.
Manage material inward/outward registers and coordinate with the storekeeper.
Prepare and update site-related documents, reports, and MIS.
Assist project team with documentation for billing, safety compliance, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the head office for administrative needs.
Oversee site office housekeeping, utilities, and basic facility management.
Handle staff movement, ID cards, permits, and gate pass management.
Support HR activities at site--joining, documentation, and basic grievance handling.
Maintain proper filing of drawings, work orders, invoices, and site correspondence.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Site Admin/Site Coordinator in a construction environment.
Strong understanding of site documentation and basic project workflows.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email Communication).
Good coordination, record-keeping, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site tasks.
Familiarity with basic statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, labour records) is an advantage.
