Service Operation - Site Administrator Responsibilities Provide business and administrative support to Site Leadership for daily operation, including create and running regular reports (consumption, production, safety, ...) and assist with compiling data for budgets, monthly/ periodic intervals of site parameters & report travel arrangements Handling of ROW issues and local stake holders Assist in the management OH&S and ERP activities on site is in compliant with local and Vestas guidelines, site induction, take corrective action on external audits and incident, update safety document held on site Assist Site Manager in daily operation by preparing the reports & presentations , and coding of credit Card Transaction, Site Imprest Expenditure analysis and reporting to head office, scanning of all the expenses bills and saving the same in folders as per policy, Create PO/PR, Vendor Payment follow up Site IT Support - PR/PO follow up - Laptop, Mobile, Laptop Bag etc, T shirts, Shoes receipt, distribution and accounting Assisting New site set up ,order equipment, office supplies, assist with Site Safety Reporting, Training, and ordering supplies, Fleet Truck Maintenance Logs, set up Turbine, Folders and Filing & Document Control, Create and Monitor purchase, orders/request, defective parts return and scrap, request support, shipping & receiving and accounting, functions pertaining to parts/material,/tools Adhere to all released planning processes and provide maximize planning performance. Maintain planning grid to accurately reflect all actual technician/ turbine work performed at sites and maintain forecasts, planned work to ensure proactive and cost-efficient labour, material and asset (crane, tools) results Responsible for site compliance to approved processes enter contractor time and facilitate time entry for site personnel provide SAP fundamental instruction and assist with system problem solving and error processing Enter and monitor data and maintain site data integrity as measured by performance to key Process Performance Indicators (PPIs). Identify and provide recommendations for planning and SAP process changes to enhance service operational and turbine performance Qualifications Graduate desirable with accountancy and site/office administration experience Valid Driver\'s License and willing to travel Good attention to detail and execution Good interpersonal and customer relation skills Able to effectively collaborate with employees at all professional levels, performs as a champion for change management initiatives and ability to respectfully follow supervision Extensive computer operation skills, familiarity with internet based program navigation, and ability to generate and interpret computer data Competencies Ability to read, comprehend and write English Ability to successfully participate in all training courses Comfort working remotely with limited supervisory interaction Knowledge of Admin Management Understanding the requirement pattern of site administration, Accounts and purchase and meeting arrangements etc. Ability to collect data and apply analytical tools (as appropriate), to identify patterns, trends, problem areas and come up with recommendations for solution Cost consciousness-Awareness of the costs concerned with the area of operation and implications of costs, aiming to reduce cost/wastage in all possible ways which are under their control whether or not cost reduction is identified as a goal-includes ne Understanding requirements, identifying gaps, setting priorities, scheduling activities accordingly to fulfill requirements Effective Follow up Tracking and ensuring that work is done as per schedule Attention to detail What We Offer We offer a very exciting job in a flat, multi-cultural and diverse department focusing on reaching world class results.
