The Site Project Administrator is responsible for handling all administrative, documentation, and support activities at the project site. The role ensures smooth coordination between site teams, office departments, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining proper records, communication, and compliance with site procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to site and project teams.
Coordinate site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on actions.
Maintain site documentation, records, and filing (hard & soft copies).
Manage manpower attendance, overtime, and payroll coordination.
Support procurement by tracking material requests and deliveries.
Manage site facilities, office supplies, accommodation, and logistics.
Coordinate with subcontractors, visitors, and site access requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site administration reports.
Qualifications
Experience
1-5+ years of experience in site administration (construction/EPC/infrastructure preferred).
Experience handling site documentation and manpower records

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
