Job Profile

Manage day-to-day Site operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment. Attendance Management of Site Team. Managing Biometric machine and ensure smooth functioning. Control & manage Rental Accommodation facilities for Site Team. Eg. No. of Rooms, Staff in each rooms, Rent, housekeeping etc. Control & manage Rental Vehicle facilities. Eg. No. of Vehicle hired, Log Sheet, Driver behaviours & our Staff behaviour towards Drivers & payment to vendor. Manage Guest house assets for team & MIS of the same. MIS of all kind of deposits such Room Deposit. Serve as a point of contact between Office team & Site team. Maintain organized filing systems for company documents, records, and files. Assist in document preparation and distribution as needed. Expenses Management of Site (Documentation) Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to meet site requirements. Address and resolve administrative issues, escalating as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining data in an Excel sheet & Hard Copies of sub-contractor workers details. Such as Aadhar Card, Photo, Contact number etc. Co-ordinate with HO team for speedy generation of UAN. Co-ordinate with Client HR / Admin team for speedy allocation of guesthouse & worker registration. Prepare & Submission of HR Compliance documents to client and follow-up.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
