Maintain day-to-day site accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Handle bills receivable/payable and prepare vendor invoices and payment records.
Maintain cash book, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare site-wise expense statements and submit monthly reports.
Coordinate with HO accounts team for data entry and financial reporting.
Ensure timely processing of payments and follow up on collections if needed.
Maintain proper documentation of all site-related financial transactions.
Assist in internal/external audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor budget utilization and control site expenditures.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation applicable at the site level.
