Key Responsibilities:
Recommend and process general payments in compliance with company policies.
Maintain and update bills, including accurate
bill booking
.
Prepare
payment advice
and ensure timely disbursement.
Manage
daily attendance and leave reports
for staff and labor.
Handle employee data and ensure
on-time submission of reports
.
Provide
daily financial and operational reports
to managers.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of
Advanced Microsoft Excel
and accounting principles.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
Preparing budget forecasts, Processing tax payments .
