Key Responsibilities:
Maintain
daily site accounts
, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Handle
petty cash
and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
Record all
material receipts and issues
, and maintain stock registers.
Prepare and verify
subcontractor and labour bills
as per site measurement and work progress.
Coordinate with the
Head Office Accounts Department
for payments, advances, and reports.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel

Experience in
construction or infrastructure accounting
preferred.
Knowledge of
material and labour accounting

Excellent
communication and coordination
skills.
Ability to handle cash, vouchers, and site accounts
independently and accurately
