We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate must have a background in the Air Force, with a proven track record of driving growth and expanding business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships.

- Monitor and report on industry and market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the aerospace industry.

- Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).

- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the aerospace sector.

- Background in the Air Force with a strong understanding of aerospace operations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as required.
