We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Signal & Power Integrity Engineer to join our hardware design team.
This role is critical in ensuring high-performance and reliable PCB designs through advanced simulation, layout optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in performing
Signal Integrity (SI)
analysis for using tools like HyperLynx, or SIwave, or Ansys or Cadence Sigrity.
Experience in performing
Power Integrity (PI)
simulations to ensure robust power delivery networks (PDN) using tools like Hyperlynx, or PowerSI, , or Cadence Sigrity.
Execute and review PCB layout for high-speed boards using tools like Allegro, or Altium, or Mentor Graphics.
Have good experience to optimize PCB layer stack-up, routing, and decoupling strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including system architects, board designers, and component engineers.
Support design reviews and provide recommendations for signal and power integrity improvements.
Document analysis results and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
2+ years of hands-on experience in SI/PI analysis and validation.
Strong understanding of transmission line theory, impedance matching, crosstalk, and jitter.
Hands-on experience with PCB layout tools (Allegro, Altium Designer, or similar).
Experience with any of the simulation tools such as Ansys SIwave, Cadence Sigrity, HyperLynx, or equivalent.
Familiarity with high-speed protocols and power delivery concepts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
