The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Makino EDM machines to produce high-precision components, tools, and molds according to design specifications. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience in working with tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate
Makino sinker EDM machines
.
Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
Select appropriate electrodes, tools, and materials for machining.
Ensure that components meet strict tolerances and surface finish requirements.
Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of EDM machines.
Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
Record job data, process parameters, and inspection results as required.
Work collaboratively with the design and tool room teams to optimize machining processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
