Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Simulator Support Engineer III to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in simulator operations, troubleshooting, and support, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This is a high-priority requirement, and candidates with a shorter notice period will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for simulators.
Maintain and optimize simulator performance for training and operational use.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues.
Document issues, resolutions, and preventive measures.
Assist in upgrades, installations, and configuration of simulator systems.
Ensure timely response to operational support requests.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-10 years of relevant simulator support experience.
Strong knowledge of simulator hardware, software, and networking.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
