The AHA Instructor will conduct American Heart Association (AHA) certified Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) courses. This role includes simulation-based education, quality initiatives, and participation in academic research to enhance clinical training and patient safety
Key Responsibilities
Conduct AHA-certified BLS and ACLS sessions for healthcare providers and students.
Ensure adherence to AHA guidelines and maintain accurate training documentation.
Support simulation-based teaching, scenario design, and debriefing.o
Contribute to research, publications, and quality improvement activities.
Stay updated with current AHA standards and simulation education practices.
Qualification:
Essential:
Healthcare background (MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, or Allied Health Sciences).
Certified AHA Instructor for BLS and ACLS (active status).
Desirable:
Experience in simulation-based training and involvement in research or academic projects.
