Designing and developing simulation models and algorithms Conducting thorough testing and validation of simulation models Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to gather and analyze requirements Implementing enhancements and updates to existing simulations Documenting simulation frameworks, processes, and results Identifying and resolving performance issues within simulations Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements Developing and conducting training sessions for end-users Ensuring simulations meet compliance and regulatory standards Integrating simulations with other software and hardware systems
Simulation Developer Qualifications & Skills

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field Experience with Unity/Unreal/Anylogic Strong understanding of physics-based modeling and systems engineering Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Java) Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) technologies Demonstrated ability to lead complex simulation projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience with cloud-based simulation environments Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C++, Python) Experience with simulation software and tools Strong mathematical and computational modeling skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently Knowledge of system modeling and simulation principles Familiarity with software development lifecycles Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies
