Position: Content Project Manager

Who are we looking for ?

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Content Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. As a Content Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing content projects from inception to delivery, coordinating efforts across design, sales, content, tech and digital marketing teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the delivery of website projects with a focus on both quality and timeliness for customer satisfaction

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Understand and document client requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, content, tech and digital marketing, to ensure a unified approach to project execution.

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, address challenges, and promote a collaborative working environment.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Work closely with team leads to allocate resources efficiently and ensure project milestones are met.

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

- Conduct regular reviews of project progress to identify and address potential issues proactively.

- Provide regular updates to clients regarding budget status and address any concerns promptly.

- Generate regular reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics and achievements.

- Analyze project data to derive insights and identify areas for improvement.

Required skills

- 3-5 Years of experience. MBA is a plus

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a content-focused role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with content creation, digital marketing, and design processes is a plus.

- Proficient in project management tools and software.
