Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation for real estate projects.- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, WhatsApp Ads, and other paid channels.- Manage campaign budgets of Minimum - 5-6 Lacs/month, ensuring high ROI and low cost-per-lead (CPL).- Build targeted campaigns using Meta Business Suite, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.- Run and manage WhatsApp Ads to drive direct inquiries and real-time engagement.- Coordinate and promote webinars as part of the lead nurturing and conversion strategy.- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and follow-up content.- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.- Continuously test and iterate campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.- Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to ensure timely lead handover and feedback loop optimization.
