Introduction
The Post-Silicon Enablement team plays a critical role in the silicon productization lifecycle-from early architecture and design engagement to pre-silicon validation, bring-up, and post-silicon characterization. By collaborating closely with design teams early in the process, we ensure that quality, testability, and debuggability are built into the silicon from the ground up.
We work closely with design, verification, and validation tool development teams to define and execute comprehensive pre- and post-silicon test plans. Our mission is to root-cause, resolve, and remediate silicon issues efficiently and effectively.
Your role and responsibilities

• Architect and drive the development of scalable prototyping environments, verification frameworks, and reusable infrastructure to enable seamless pre- to post-silicon transitions across multiple programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Architecture, Design, Verification, Firmware, and Partner teams to influence silicon design decisions and ensure robust enablement strategies.
• Own and guide silicon bring-up activities, including the development of verification firmware, debug tools, and validation methodologies for complex SoCs and microprocessor subsystems.
• Mentor and grow junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation in validation methodologies, debug techniques, and automation practices.
• Drive innovation in validation tools, methodologies, and coverage strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across silicon programs.
• Represent the team in technical forums, program reviews, and executive updates, providing insights and recommendations based on validation outcomes and debug learnings.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in silicon enablement, validation, or microprocessor verification, with a proven track record of leading complex bring-up and validation efforts.
• Deep expertise in microarchitecture (x86, ARM, or custom architectures), system-level debug, and validation strategy.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python and experience with validation automation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive technical decisions, and influence silicon design and validation strategy.
• Experience with lab bring-up, board-level debug, firmware development, and post-silicon validation infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a history of mentoring and technical guidance.
