About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative

Silicone Sculpture Artist

to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers or entry-level candidates who are enthusiastic about working with

silicone, clay, and related materials

to create lifelike sculptures, models, and artistic installations. You will work alongside experienced artists and designers to bring ideas to reality in fields ranging from

medical simulation, art exhibits, props, and product prototypes

.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

designing, sculpting, and molding

high-quality silicone-based models and artworks. Support senior artists in the preparation of molds, casting, painting, and finishing. Learn and apply techniques for

texture detailing, pigmentation, and realism

in silicone sculptures. Collaborate with the design and technical team to develop prototypes and creative pieces. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized

workshop/studio environment

. Stay updated with new

materials, tools, and trends

in silicone artistry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background:

Diploma/Graduate in Fine Arts, Sculpture, Product Design, or a related field (not mandatory for talented self-taught artists). Strong interest in

art, sculpture, and creative model-making

. Basic knowledge of

clay modeling, casting, or painting

(academic or hobby-level projects count). Willingness to

learn hands-on techniques

with silicone and other materials. Good sense of

proportion, anatomy, and detailing

. Creative mindset, attention to detail, and patience for precision work.

Nice to Have (Optional Skills)

Familiarity with

3D printing or digital sculpting software (ZBrush, Blender, etc.)

. Knowledge of

prosthetics, life-casting, or special effects makeup

. Previous

internship or workshop participation

in art studios or creative industries.

Pay: ?12,071.18 - ?30,000.00 per month
