Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Principal Consultant/Principal Consultant Process Mining.
As a Process Modeling Expert, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 in Signavio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient process workflows that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Design and develop BPMN 2.0 process models using Signavio to enhance business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into effective models.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in process modeling.
Provide training and support to team members on BPMN 2.0 and Signavio usage.
Business / Soft skills Qualifications / Skills
Communicating directly with business stakeholders, other vendor teams and larger ecosystem to identify the success factors for ensuring successful implementation of process mining
Ability to communicate with different stakeholders across the organization C-Suite, IT teams, Process Owners, Celonis technical teams
Minimum qualifications
Must have working in Signavio Process Modelling
Experience with at least 2 different clients on building process maps across different processes
End-to-end Process Mining implementation experience areas in AP, AR, Order Management, Procure Pay solution
Experience driving digital transformation, IT transformation and re-engineering
Preferred qualifications
Hands-on experience with building 50+ process maps using Signavio Process Modelling
Hands-on experience with similar tools like ARIS
Strong communications skills to enable interaction with all levels and departments within the organization
Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
Previous work experience in ERP with strong process understanding knowledge
