Job Role:

The Signage Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end signage requirements across retail stores -- including design coordination, vendor management, fabrication, installation, and maintenance. The role ensures brand visibility and uniformity in all external and internal signages as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for the execution of store signage as per brand guidelines. Plan and manage signage requirements for new store openings, renovations, and rebranding activities. Ensure timely fabrication and installation of signage within defined quality and cost parameters. Conduct regular audits of store signage's to ensure upkeep and uniformity across locations. Liaise with local authorities for necessary approvals and permissions where applicable. Prepare and maintain signage inventory, layouts, and vendor documentation. Develop cost estimates, compare vendor quotations, and ensure adherence to budgets. Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance. Coordinate with the design team for artwork finalization and implementation. Handle preventive maintenance and repair of existing signages.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

Diploma / Graduate in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or any related discipline.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in signage execution, fabrication, or store branding (preferably in retail / QSR / FMCG).

Skills Required:

Knowledge of signage materials (acrylic, ACP, vinyl, LED, etc.) and fabrication processes. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of design software (CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop - preferred). Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills. Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
