We help businesses scale smarter and faster by acting as an extension of their tech teams or their exclusive technology partners.Role Overview:The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for engaging decision-makers via outbound calling, communicating Sifars' value proposition, handling objections professionally, and booking qualified meetings for the founder or sales leadership team. Performance incentives are tied to qualified meetings booked and consistent target achievements.Responsibilities:- Make 25-30 high-quality outbound calls daily to targeted decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, CEOs, COOs, VPs).- Follow pre-approved call scripts and personalize conversations where appropriate.- Engage, listen actively, handle objections, and reposition the conversation toward value.- Book 20-minute discovery meetings with ICP-matched prospects.- Update CRM immediately after every call with outcome notes and next steps.- Manage structured follow-ups via calls and emails.- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly qualified meeting booking targets.Targets & KPIs:- Metric & Target- Calls per Day - 25 to 30 - Conversations per Day - 4 to 6 - Qualified Meetings per Week - 1 to 2 - Qualified Meetings per Month - 4 to 5- CRM Hygiene - 100% update real-timeCompetencies:- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English.- Emotionally resilient; able to handle rejections gracefully.- Strong organizational and CRM discipline.- Ability to understand and speak about SaaS, Tech, AI, and Digitization concepts.- Positive, proactive, and performance-driven attitude.Ideal Background:- 1-3 years experience in B2B telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation roles.- Experience with US-based prospect calling strongly preferred.- Prior success in meeting cold calling KPIs.These JDs are now completely aligned with:- Updated targets- Clear incentive structure- Proper expectations and success measurement (ref:updazz.com)
