Education Counsellor (Inside Sales)
Location - Jaipur (On-site)
We are searching for proactive professionals who are passionate about assisting students as they progress through their exam preparation journey.
Skills Required:
Min 1 year experience of Inside Sales
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Experience in counseling/teaching for civil services examination will be plus
Should have worked in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment
Appeared in any of the competitive exams
Roles and responsibilities:
Communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Coordination between sales, CRM, and content department
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Queries related to Syllabus, Pattern, and other details of Exams
Solving queries of students for various exams-
Queries related to preparation strategies
