Position: Shuttering Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Shuttering Foreman to join our team at Meher Foundations & Civil Engineers Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating shuttering work at construction sites, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all shuttering activities on construction sites.

Ensure shuttering work is carried out as per design, quality standards, and project specifications.

Manage teams of carpenters and workers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Inspect formwork, scaffolding, and shuttering materials for proper use and safety compliance.

Plan daily activities and allocate manpower effectively to meet project schedules.

Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely completion of work.

Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and daily activities.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote safe work practices at site.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of shuttering, formwork, and scaffolding in construction projects, including high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred).

Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in shuttering and formwork (Aluminium/Mivan) supervision.

Salary Range:depending on experience and skill set

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
