3–8 years experience in government tendering / institutional sales.
Deep knowledge of tender process, bid documentation, and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
Ability to prepare, submit, and track tenders independently.
Understanding of technical specifications and product compliance documents.
Coordination with accounts, legal, and dispatch teams for tender submission and execution.
Strong negotiation skills with government clients / PSU representatives.
Ability to handle quotation, comparative statement, EMD, and vendor registration forms.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PDF tender preparation, and digital submission.
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce/Engineering preferred) or MBA (Marketing/Operations).
