Job Title:

Showroom Salesman

:

Attend walk-in customers at the showroom and assist them in selecting products as per their requirements. Conduct follow-up calls to customers for ongoing enquiries and maintain relations. Manage enquiry calls from existing customers, providing support and information as needed. Receive and handle enquiry calls from new customers contacting the company number. This role is exclusively showroom-based; no field sales involved.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Proactive follow-up and relationship management.
