Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor daily team performance and provide guidance, training, and support as required.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Assist the team in closing high-value deals and handling complex customer queries.
Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the finance, service, and delivery departments for seamless operations.
Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand representation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Valid
2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license

Local market knowledge and fluency in Malayalam and English.
