Key Responsibilities:- Attend walk-in customers at the showroom and provide product information.- Demonstrate product features, uses, and comparisons to assist in customer decision-making.- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures.- Coordinate with backend and dispatch teams for order processing and delivery.- Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandise display standards.- Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.- Meet monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.Required Skills:- 2-5 years of experience in counter/showroom sales, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Sales-focused mindset with a professional appearance.- Ability to explain product specifications confidently.- Basic knowledge of billing, order management, and stock checking.
