Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Laptop Promoter to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating laptop features, explaining specifications, and helping customers choose the right product based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom.

Promote and demonstrate various laptop brands and models.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Explain technical features, specifications, and warranty details clearly.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in the showroom.

Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth order processing.

Keep updated knowledge on the latest laptop models, prices, and offers.

Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Prepare and maintain sales reports regularly.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 0-2 years in retail sales / electronics showroom / laptop promotion (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good product knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.

Strong convincing and presentation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹12,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience).
