Role Summary



Responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, maintaining store display standards, supporting the sales process, and ensuring excellent customer communication.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities



Promote luxury timepieces to customers. Manage customer relationships through excellent sales service. Create and maintain a strong customer network. Attend and support company events and activities. Play an active role in achieving boutique sales targets. Maintain housekeeping, operational, and customer service standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Experience in sales within a related field is an advantage. Freshers may also apply if they meet other criteria. Willingness to work retail hours. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Agility and flexibility in handling challenges. Young, dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded, and result-oriented. Good team player. Well-presented, well-mannered, and professional in appearance and behavior.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
